A promotion. A misunderstanding. Lots of meetings.
Hu Jianlin, a humble factory worker in the provinces, finds himself mistakenly transferred to the company’s head office to take up a managerial post. There, he discovers the sheer absurdity of corporate culture, whilst his superiors try to cover up their blunder. Johnny Keep Walking! reinvents the comedy of misunderstandings to offer a delightfully scathing critique of Chinese bureaucracy.
