The VIFFF welcomed Martin Jauvat for the first time in 2022 for Grand Paris, and then again for Baise-en-ville (VIFFF Audience Award 2025), both starring Anaïde Rozam. The two have been working together since Le Sang de la veine (2021), for which he wrote a role tailor-made for her. Four years later, she has moved into directing and is now directing him in turn. Throughout this body of work, from one film to the next, the same faces, the same characters and the same setting recur. A comedy universe with a unique and offbeat tone.
